Background

In Romania, the situation for animals and animal care is dire. Stray animals roam the streets, many without access to proper medical care or shelter. With over 100,000 animals spayed in Romania, we have recognized the need for a more comprehensive solution. Thus, we embarked on a mission to build a social veterinary hospital that not only serves the community but also focuses on education, stray animal welfare, and environmental protection.
Over the past seven years, Sache has evolved from a clinic to a groundbreaking social veterinary hospital project. The organization's efforts have been pivotal in promoting responsible pet ownership, preventing uncontrolled animal reproduction, and combating violence against animals.

Idea

Driven by the belief in education, prevention, and a better life for both humans and animals, Sache has become a trailblazer in creating a community of socially engaged veterinarians. The upcoming Sache Veterinary Social Hospital aims to elevate these efforts, offering free veterinary assistance to stray animals and those from vulnerable families. With your support, we can ensure the completion of this vital project and provide every animal, regardless of its circumstances, with a chance for a decent life. With 75% of the construction already completed, this crowdfunding initiative aims to raise funds to finish the project and provide essential veterinary services to those in need.

Implementation

The implementation plan focuses on crucial aspects such as clinic expansion, hospital construction, eco-friendly integration, educational programs, sterilization, and adoption initiatives. Solar power implementation, waste management systems, energy-efficient lighting, and educational outreach events are among the key initiatives to be undertaken. The hole hospital will cost around 150’000 CHF. With this fundraiser we hope to collect the amount of 45’000 CHF for the surgical suite.
The surgical suite serves as the epicenter of our medical operations, where life-saving procedures and interventions are performed on a daily basis. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and manned by skilled veterinary professionals, this space is where countless lives will be transformed and saved.
Constructing this surgical suite comes with a significant cost, as you mentioned. With an estimated expense of 40,000 euros for the construction alone, the investment required is substantial. However, the impact that this investment will have is immeasurable. With six fully-equipped surgical tables and cutting-edge technology, the surgical suite will enable us to perform a multitude of surgeries efficiently and effectively.
Moreover, the surgical suite will serve as a hub for education and training, with a direct link to our training center. By investing in the surgical suite, not only are we saving lives in the present, but we are also shaping the future of veterinary medicine by training the next generation of compassionate caregivers.
