Every grand vision needs a solid foundation. Before this inclusive educational and community space can be realized, the groundwork must be professionally laid.
 
Since the Auszeit Neuguet project is located in an agricultural zone, the requirements regarding building regulations, landscape protection, and permitting procedures are stringent. The first project phase therefore focuses entirely on preliminary planning and a feasibility study. The funds allocated are specifically directed toward:

• professional guidance from architects and specialist planners for the design of accessible paths, the pavilion, and the learning spaces


• the involvement of trustees and consultants to ensure a transparent, legally and financially stable project foundation


• the foundational educational work to develop the teaching and training concepts for the experiential and educational trail

 
At the same time, we are tackling key challenges. Uncompromising accessibility—including for nursing beds—requires special pathways, generous turning circles, and adapted structural solutions. We are also investing significant time in training our animals so that horses and goats become accustomed to wheelchairs, walking aids, and medical equipment in a stress-free, safe, and animal-friendly manner.
