The Swiss Resilience Hub is the Swiss competence center for resilience and leadership. Our central concern is to strengthen the resilience and mental health of organizations, teams and employees at all levels. We count on over 30 experienced psychologists, coaches, leaders and team developers based throughout Switzerland. They implement SRH’s health and performance-enhancing interventions and programs in 4 languages. In doing so, they consistently focus on the requirements and goals of the clients and their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resilient and satisfied employees are worth their weight in gold.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With our hybrid GROW-program, we sustainably strengthen the employer branding of companies as well as the mental health and leadership skills of employees. In this way, we contribute to an organizational culture that promotes the well-being of employees on a mental, social and physical level. The connection between this organizational well-being and corporate success has been proven in various studies. Part of this is the GROW platform. This offers users individual learning journeys on the most important resilience skills, mental health and leadership. In close cooperation with the ZHAW, we continuously monitor and optimize the effectiveness of our formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strengthen young people<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As social resilience is also important to us, we have developed a resilience program for learners. In Switzerland, more and more young people are suffering from psychological stress. In order to effectively counteract this unfortunate trend, we have developed our resilience program for learners, which addresses their needs and supports and strengthens them on their path to greater resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
